A 40% drop is quite significant and very concerning.
But, what about their duty of disclosure?
If they had already flagged this result in one of their updates then the market would already have been aware and factored it into the shareprice.
If not, and this result is out of the blue, then this would raise some serious questions.
And if they have failed in their duty of disclosure a class action would inevitably follow.
FWIW, I'm not buying the story.
