His contract is up this year so use your rem vote wisely. New CEO for BEN is now in the job - internal appointment so should get into the role more quickly. I'm not too worried about the lack of recent mortgage growth for BOQ as I think that the margins are not there in new mortgage business and they did decide not to chase more share - they get points for this in my book as it's also about return/use on capital. IMO
