They got slammed twice this year as the final year results (today) reflect that big 200m impairment they took in 1H23
next years results will be a year on year comparison so if it’s say 220m stat profit it’s compared to 4m from 1H23… imagine that headline on afr…
hold tight fellas, and just take the dividends in the interim.
saving grace is very strong cet1 and LCR % and low delinquencies so the bank is financially strong and with a decent yield (depending on ur entry price) makes it a no opportunity loss hold
