My guess would be around $1 billion in development costs, which seems like a lot… but in mining, isn’t. I’ve been involved in development earthworks of a few mines now I can tell you, things move VERY fast. Even in the middle of nowhere.
1B cost for 400Mil plus profit for the next 30/50 years isn’t that bad.
