Mate MinRes sorted everything you've mentioned to get Onslow Iron up and running within one year.
They didn't even have a deep sea port, so they created custom made barges to move the ore offshore and load the ships.
Mines are developed in remote areas of Australia all the time. This is Australias bread and butter.
