I totally agree it's early but there's nothing inherent in an offtake that requires an "inferred" resource, that's just a level of confidence in future supply. This will be a mine, the question is at what scale.
I do think that a supply agreement with a steel manufacturer (i.e. Japanese) would soften market related concerns. The terms of the offtake can be sharpened as resource definition increases. I guess what I'm really saying is an early cooperation with a downstream user would further derisk the project.
