There's fake buy and sell bids everywhere - almost as many as there are fake posters on HC
The point is massive individual orders (30,000) placed so far above the current SP as to have zero chance of being hit. Sometimes removed when "they" want the SP to run up a bit. Also hurriedly taken down if they look like getting hit. It's all smoke and mirrors.
