my guess is they were approached to bring some more instos on board at the price was predetermined weeks out.. hence the agressive push down over the weeks..
sometimes you need to keep these guys happy as they may likely need to tap into them down the track to get funded..
seeing the success of ENR i think management should now start to work on P2 as its economical to WA1 because of Luni.
