After the fall from $23 if the sharks lobbed bids for wa1 and Enr, they would likely get it.
wa1 has tali owners , datt and regal as the 3 large non management shareholders. They are not exactly big players in the mining industry like Gina and Ellison.
the institutions that participated in the $60 million capital raising at $17 are not strong holders and would likely sell out for over 50% profit.
it seems like the opportune time to lob the takeover bid.
