Life’s not all sheet as a REE investor - Mt Weld’s still an A$5.5b cap for their .64Mt @ 1.19% grade NdPr oxide. Nolans is conditionally approved for A$1.5b in debt financing for their .38Mt @ 0.69%. Nevermind the current NdPr oxide market price of $50/kg vs. Arafura’s estimated operating cost of $44/kg (pre-phosphate credits) - being ‘critical’ in the eyes of ECAs clearly has its advantages.
Certainly makes Luni’s economics look nice by comparison… h/t @tradedemon for pointing to Arafura’s latest presentation.
