I have only ever heard of market cap being expressed as a percentage of in ground value, and not recoverable in ground value. Sometimes you see valuations as low as 1% if the deposit is economical but of only average size and grade but as high as 6% if it is a high grade, large deposit of a strategically important or hot commodity.
But that's our Wurlitch for you, God bless him...always trying to find new and creative ways to minimize the value of WA1.Mind you, if he is right then he may in line for the job of chief analyst at Regal (assuming 2ic doesn't beat him to the job) when the current chief analyst gets the sack for sinking millions at 17 bucks a share into a way over valued company.
Hats off to you Wurlitch if that happens but as for me at this point I will continue to follow the money.
