@jcmyck ... you are indeed correct and my previous answer incorrect, thanks for the information. You must know this stuff backwards to have known and found that..
So the free float of WA1 would be a weighting of around .85 of all shares, which counts for index purposes, but could go down if all directors took up all options held. So it would add around 15% to the SP value needed.
Then again the listed Mcaps of those in the indexes is just the Mcap, not the float adjusted Mcap, so some of them are probably lower depending upon director ownership.
