capex will be the plant not the roads
WA gov has a nice habit of directing roads past mines especially if a big player is on the book is BHP etc they own both sides of the pollies
the met will determine how much that will be -
acids water rights/ use still way to early for number crunching need the flow sheets
my interest here is time scale , while i do believe WA1 will go on a curve , I should clarify that early indications point to a condensed and accelerated time scale thats why its on my watchlist
