Discounted at 15% for even seven years until mine start-up (perhaps overly pessimistic) would mean approximately $25 would have a forward PE of 10.
The resource base and mine life mean it would be on par with CBMM (1700 BRL EBITDA p.a. roughly).
BHP traded down to $20 - $25 after the wake of the credit crunch too.
