I think when Paul said time is the enemy he was basically referring to fact that the long lead items just take ages so they may as well start it now. This is where the experience at Jubilee will come in handy
Given that Sirius sold for something like $1.8B (correct me If I am wrong) for a relatively short mine life, I could see this easily being valued at $4B in a strategic partner transaction
And yes military conflagration and the level of debt in the global economy is a concern
