I did have a few (12,000) in my personal trading account too, purchased very early around $4.00, but it was tax effective for me to sell those just before end of last FY. I guess it depends on personal circumstances and how close you are to retirement. Personally, the date I convert SMSF to pension mode and retire will literally be dictated by WA1 SP ! If all goes according to plan, I'd say Paul is pretty much set up for life too - and he thoroughly deserves it. Seeing some of the management antics from our nearology neighbours recently makes you appreciate having hard working and professional guys at the helm of WA1.
