Personally I think the best thing that could happen is if CBMM were to buy a 15-20% of the company as a cornerstone investor, new shares, for $400-500M (obviously the higher the better), in cash for the company to develop, and work with CBMM on a stable supply of Niobium for the next few decades with an arrangement to cover each other in case of some type of natural disaster hitting either of the mines.
The world then has a guaranteed supply of Niobium should anything major happen at either site.
Personally I think the best thing that could happen is if CBMM...
