Hense why CBMM wouldnt want WA1 to fall into the wrong hands and for them to try to gain some kind of stake in WA1. For arguements sake, if Gina was to buy us out and develope the project, how much value destruction could CBMM face if she is pumping out 30,000 tonnes per annum into the market for around $25 a kilo? WA1 is worth more to CBMM than any other company right now.
