Right now our market cap is under $1B and I have no doubt that if $3B was offered today, it would be successful. WA1 may be worth a lot more as stand alone some time in the future, but that will be many years away.
There will be a limited time in which WA1 can be taken over as you explained as it may just become too expensive.
I'm sure Paul has had some interesting conversations that we're not aware about.
I definitely wouldn't be ruling out a TO. I think we're in a bigger risk of one right now than ever before.
