What other ETFs/Index funds do you know that track the ASX 300 other than VAS? Low SOI is really attractive for a stock getting added espically when 30% of the float is effectively locked up in the short term.
I was doing some numbers and ballpark the VAS ETF buying up $10-15mil of stock as a result of the inclusion in the 300. I also was looking at companies that have been included and what the results were on their stock price and the trend seems to be that there is a run up in anticipation and then a pullback, depending on how far WA1 runs in the next few weeks, we may have another pullback afterwards.
