Thanks. I like to keep a simple back of envelope fair valuation model in mind. So, if valuing WA1 in terms of in situ IGV using range of 3-10% IGV then suggests a current fair value range of $4-$12b and surely great Mets plus strategic value would help push value toward upper end of that range?
