Are you aware of the niobium the west requires? Have you spoken to USA, Japan etc on how much niobium they are willing to buy from a western country?
There's a very good reason it's on their critical mineral list and up the top at that.
You haven't a clue how much niobium western countries are prepared to buy from a western supplier. The biggest problem right now is the monopoly situation and WA1 will change that.
