I think the issue is initially you would be setting aside you 100% profits for a lower profit milling their material. I can see it coming later once you have processed your own higher grade material.
The only alternative would be to increase the mill size, but who would pay for it? And it would be better to keep the market tight as per CBMM.
i don't think ENR have enough ATM to justify a mill themselves.
