How long to design a Plant?
Seeing as this is Australia and has ZERO operational Niobium Mines,
So no-one here has done it before?
How long to get that made?
How long to design the mine and get approval in Australia?
How much will that cost?
$1.5 Billion?
or more?
How long to get approval to clear the land?
How long to make the Access roads,
then build an entire Town for the workers,
Including waste treatment facilities and everything else?
How do they get food and water there?
They need to truck everything in remember?
Do they need to build a store for the workers food etc?
What about power?
Do they have to build a power station?
How long to do feasibility studies etc?
What about heritage laws etc?
How long to clear the overburden if it gets to that stage?
There's a lot of steps before WA1 can get to Mining.
No-One has even seen the deposit as its around 50 metres deep.
All they have is an inferred MRE,
Which means the work done so far is not sufficient to provide a defined MRE.
All of that needs to be done before 1 spec of material is Mined.
It all adds up in terms of time and Money.
As well as shares on issue and dilution....
