Quite a pessimistic view you have. C'mon mate, if you have a resource this large worth many billions of dollars you'll do the hard yards and cross everything off that list as quickly as possible. I'll keep holding, call me naive but I have confidence in a company that's increased my ~$1 per share holding to ~$15 today within 2 years.
I won't mention the other stock you spruik but they're missing one crucial step in all of this. Drilling and Finding the actual Niobium. Best of luck.
