Any good news that Paul has and is not releasing to the public yet is done with the intention to deliver maximum value to share holders.
He has his reasons and we need to trust him.
I trust that as the managing director of a public company he prioritises "delivering maximum value to share holders" with how and when he delivers announcements.
I bet Paul is holding onto some good news as we speak but hasnt decided that its best to release it to the public just yet.People who get frustrated of the no recent news and may sell at this undervalued price, its really sad.
And we are undervalued....
Remember how fast the recent cap raise got filled, I bet Paul revealed confidential information to the institutions buying in the cap raise not yet released to public under a non disclosed agreement to give them the confidence to buy up at that $17 price, and it was over subscribed because instos saw $17 as a discount.
To me that $17 is the floor based on the confidential information told to the insto's under a possible NDA.Once this "good information" is eventually released to the public, which is allowed under Pauls discretion and prefered timing, we will see that $17 broken easily and then some.
Pauls doing this for our own benefit as shareholders, if he has good information that he's deciding not to announce right now then i believe its part of his fiduciary duty as managing director. Or other words he's acting in the best interest of the organisation with regards to announcements.
Not that Paul reads Hot Copper, but why pester him for an annoucement if its not in our best interest to have it go public yet (just because of impatience).Trust Paul with his timing and be rewarded as shareholders.
There's good news coming boys, there is a good reason why there hasnt been news for a while.
Paul if you are reading this, give the public announcements that are under your discretion when you feel the time is right . I trust you are performing with the best interest of the shareholders with when to make announcements and that you are fullfilling your fiduciary duty for the company!
Wa1 is a volcano of a company right now, with red hot magma news brewing deep below the surface about to erupt without any warning, blowing daddy's socks off!
Bears will be left behind, shorters will be scoulded, by the hot molten lava of great shareholder news!
