for the 2 months leading up to that Announcement on the 26th Oct 2023 showed CitiGroup ( Regal ) buying just under $4million worth
however when you look at the chart Regal controlled the price & held it down just like someone is doing today
Of course Commonwealth ( retail ) largest sellers over this period
It would be great if someone could post an updated broker report
