I really think it's another masterstroke by management racing towards a MRE and PFS for Luni next quarter. This has to be mined yesterday. The geopolitical situation is heating up big time and my guess is China hasn't yet restricted niobium because that's the ace up their sleeves.
No niobium = no missiles, no defence systems, no jet engines and no rockets. We've seen today, it's not a question of whether this will happen, or how likely it will happen, it's actually looking like a question of when
