I wish i had that many, i sold 20k shares to buy a block of land to build. I was in a bad financial state this time last year and only had 15k cash to buy up at 32c (~47k), the next day i got some more money ~ 7k cash and bought another 10,000 @ 70c.
told the missus once CGT ended we can look at a new land n house.
like I said before not retirement money but enough to be comfortable and no mortgage stress.
