Well it's been proved that frequent traders underperform, yet punters still love to attempt to time the fluctuations. Buying and holding is so much more comfortable for me, love being able to go to the beach whilst I let my stocks do their thing. You have to acknowledge that prices will fall every now and then, but as long as you've got a good company in the long term those declines won't matter
