Agreed. I acquired a small parcel today @ 13.99 (the then market price) and happy to participate in the SPPs that will be required to bring home the bacon. I should have made this move in 2022, but needed funds for property at the time. Even at the current SP this discovery is generational so worth the M-LT investment IMO.
