Fortunately niobium is in a different league as palladium due to its status as a niche metal, with its price controlled by only one company. With the booming EV industry, expect palladium’s demand for catalytic converter to decrease further. Meanwhile niobium is used in so many different things and there’s a booming niobium uses in EV.
