that really depends on whether the government decides it's in the countries best interest to support accelerated development and whether they have a large partner (like a bhpb or rio) who have a vested intrudes in accelerating it. My belief is both are likely. And it will be too late for you to change your tune and get in at these low levels once both have become clearer.
