they use bots and are really just selling small amounts constantly to chip it down at every opportunity (which presents with such low liquidity and thin buy depth). All the decent sells you see would be holders who panic that their profits are evaporating... they look at the lack of buy depth and cant see how they can sell a decent chunk (then surprise surprise a decent buy appears and gets chipped down to constantly expose it until a panic sellers dumps into it). They know how to do this without losing shares. If buy momentum gets strong/swings (like it did this afternoon) the bots just change their plan and buy up what they can to make sure they aren't net negative on their position. You can look through regals buys and sells to see it in play. They are accumulating plenty but still using sell bots to take the heat out or test supply.
