and had mapped out where each of the component capex was going to be placed .

Argonaut want a Ferro-niobium processing flowsheet first for WA 1 with on site and Port Headland facilities in August 2023 .
Datt must be considering the Niobium Pentoxide as a possibility
Paul Savich might be considering a Niobium Pentaoxide processing plant as more uses and throughput for Niobium Pentaoxide occurs.
Niobec started 1976
CBMM started 1960's for Apollo missions
and are considering paying 80 m us to get 35 k tones
So we will be coming from way behind.
We should get US, EU and AUS government help to build the Ferro niobium complex eta 2030. Nearly the whole box and dice is coming out of the 2 Brazil Mines.
