not sure about that. I think they are just testing the $16 level for supply. bounce it around there long enough and you will catch a seller that gives up on the idea it is going to career on past. But if no supply of any significance comes soon you can almost bet it heads up fast. I would be surprised if we don't finish the day $16.2+ based on what I am seeing
