You are absolutely right. I am a nobody. Why don’t you take your brilliant idea directly to the management and major shareholders who collectively owns 60% of the company and propose them to accept a TO offer of $20? I am sure they will love this idea so much that they will even invite the likes of BHP and RIO to buy out WA1 for $20.
And then they might even offer you a seat at the board as a financial consultant as a reward for your genius idea
