Maybe with some companies, but there are others that are a certain level of quality which imo should be held with no maximum time frame or price in mind. Buffet has made most of his returns on a handful of stocks he has held for many years and even decades. He clearly doesn't have a price target for shares in companies such as Coca Cola! I'd say don't be greedy, unless the particular company warrants being greedy
