Negotiation of any TO will start from $100. And we will happily reject unless the better offer comes. It will be like going to a house auction. Imagine the reserve price of the house is $1m. A few keen bidders are bidding on the house full of shiny niobium. $1.1m…$1.15m…. $1.2m…. $1.3m….
And then the bidding slows down at $1.51m…. $1.52m… $1.525m…. $1.526m…. $1.527m… and we keep going.
Sold at $1.6m, 60% above the reserve price.
$160 per share sounds like a good deal
