Yes I think there's a lake. WA1's existing application tenement EL33378 is to the east of that lake.
There's also a second new application tenement in NT, EL33795 as well as EL33796.

Interestingly, there's a company called NT1 PTY Limited who got a lot of ground sometime in 2023 on the NT side. I can't find out who this is. Just seems to be registered to QLD.
