I feel $1.5b is a conservative fair value for now
= $23 sp
Once MRE & Mets are released I’m expecting an offer within a couple of months

Like I’ve said previously along with a few others I’m expecting this to get taken over before EOY with multiple players trying to buy us out

tipping first offer will be around mid $30s
however I believe we will get taken over between
$75—$100
That’s a MC of $5b—-$6.5b seems very achievable if we play our cards right


I also think one last Raise before offers start rolling in is very likely around $22—$25 raise 3–5m shares
Regal would be keen with a few other big players to load up one last time
Obviously if another raise happens then the Targets above will slightly change
