I guess most of us just don't really care anymore, whether that means simply ignoring them from the start or just letting them believe what they want to believe. The share price can do the arguing for us, and I don't know about the others here but I quite enjoy seeing obviously jealous individuals come here trying to tell us why we were wrong for being bullish on a stock that has given so many of us life changing returns. It's a good reminder of how well we've done here. If they want to be jealous and bitter rather than learn and attempt to replicate our success, let them.
