32,000 mtpa is very err ...visionary.
Global output is 83,000 mtpa or therabouts.
This will definitely impact the price; forget China and tariffs for a minute as Brazil produces 73,000 mtpa.
It is probably wishful thinking assuming the BP model which had an average EBITDA of 427 mn pa can be multiplied/outperformed by 11 times off the one same mine to 3.2 bn USD.
