I guess it depends on the scale of the plant, and also the scale and grade of the mine.

DEG’s Hemi is on track to be producing in 2026, only 6 years post-discovery.



GOR’s Gruyere mine was discovered in 2013, construction started in 2017 and first gold production in 2019 so 6 years as well.

Now you might say niobium is different. Entirely different chemistry and processing etc. But what we have is the scale and grade. We don’t need a ridiculously large plant. 1.5-2Mtpa because our ore is very high grade. I expect CAPEX and OPEX to be low. Remoteness might be an issue but as the MD says, it will be forgiven by our grade.
