Cheers Tok! Looks consistent with the technical document I linked earlier - that thorium is discarded with slag in the smelting step. Either way, given the low U and Th levels in Luni, this doesn't seem to be a material risk to processing.

The other mineralogical risk item to recovery which I brought up earlier with respect to Mt Weld - that the Niobium gets leached from the pyrochlore during weathering and ends up bound to another mineral (crandallites in the case of Mt Weld, details here), and therefore lost in pyrochlore flotation, also appears to be implicitly resolved by the preliminary mineralogical report, I hope - "Importantly, the observed pyrochlore (~70% Nb₂O₅, 0.18% Ta₂O₅) and columbite (~74% Nb₂O₅, 0.06% Ta₂O₅) primary minerals both have very high-niobium content and low-tantalum levels". I believe 70% Nb₂O₅ is the precise mass fraction for Ca-pyrochlore (Ca2Nb2O6(OH,F)). Compare to here where the average observed Nb₂O₅ fraction by mass in pyrochlore is reduced to ~58%. Disclaimer as before - not a geologist.
