Newbies arrive after a 100% rally, then complain when there's a 10-20% pull back acting like it's the end of the world. They eventually sell and then it goes up another 100%, new newbies arrive and the cycle continues. You'll have the usual non-holders as well who come crawling out of their holes to take advantage of the emotions associated with these swings. Those of us who have been here long enough have seen this occur over and over again like clockwork, to such an extent it become rather funny (and also slightly concerning) to see how history repeats itself so perfectly. I sometimes wonder why on average retail fail to beat the indices, these forums remind me why this is the case.
