Would annoy Regal big time.
My read on todays trading: Regal continuing to sell down in to MSCI on Friday.
A small insto buyer (maybe 100k shares) pops up around $19.50 level.
Every broker (particularly Macquarie) kisses Regal on the dick.
They roost the stock up to $20.25, tell the buyer there's only one seller (Regal) and make up a dreadful sob story about how it's amazing liquidity.
Macquarie insto desk crosses the stock.
Stock then falls away once demand is exhausted- very standard Regal behavour.
Fat finger before the close. Some broker probably has an error.
Regal offering size on the close to jam it back down.
