We are seeing many resource estimates come out, Panda Pete being the last one yesterday. Regal has their own in house Geo and I'm sure a heap of other smart money institutions do too. So why not just pounce now? They would have half an idea of what this beast is worth and it's certainly cheap enough so why wait for the MRE knowing they could 2 bag pretty quickly. Seems strange there hasn't been any large buy orders getting chomped unless of course they are all in on it together to cause havoc. Which I really think is the case.
