Yes that's the thing with the ASX. You can't expect a normal trading pattern any more. There are too many players who have a lot of different objectives and want to have their way.
You have to have conviction that what you have invested in is going to be a cut above other opportunities and then ride it out. Only in time will it be successful.
In the past 5 days there has been a significant upswing in volume which has pushed the price up significantly and then the opposite for the last few sessions. What can we take from that. It sure ain't retail buying atm because there is no news on which to make that decision. It might be retail selling.
I believe an institution (s) or a company is taking a position and who can see the upside. It matters not to them what the price is now or next week. They just want to be there when the real value becomes apparent.
