Spoken like someone who has absolutely no idea what this company is sitting on, with 100% ownership.

Can you please tell us what the value of a tier 1 niobium resource is actually worth. Remember it's equal to the highest grade operation in the world, with low detrimental elements of thorium and uranium compared to the only other high grade niobium deposit discovered over the last 7 decades?

The deposit also has byproducts like REE, tantalum and phosphate that are all in high demand to improve the economics, while the main product of Niobium is in high demand with growing uses added every year. It is also looking like an extremely important element in the entire 'renewable' future plan of the world, in making steel supporting structure stronger with less energy use in their construction, improving battery performances, etc.

So please enlighten us as to what this resource is actually worth in one of the most mining friendly jurisdictions in the world? Please include the reasoning for your value...
